Refund and Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations by clients
Clients must contact us to change or cancel the purchased trip 7 days prior to fixed schedule. In such cases, a full refund (deposit or full payment) will be made minus taxes and fees. (All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of all the relevant tours and admission schedules.)
In case of changes and cancellations less than 5 days prior to your trip, the refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to the extent that we are refunded by the related suppliers.
In cases of changes and cancellations less than 3 days prior to your trip, we are not able to make any refunds due to the losses incurred by all related parties.
If you have a booking for any of our tours or services but fail to show up without any previous notice, you will not be entitled to any refund from us.
Changes and cancellations by tour guide or related supplier
Occasionally we may have to make changes to your booking. This situation will be quite rare and we will advise you of the changes as soon as we can before your journey begins.
If there are any significant changes, you will be notified in advance and offered a choice of an alternative comparable trip (if available) or full refund on your request.
FYI, our tour guides do not get paid until after your tour is totally complete, and we do take reliability very seriously.
Changes and cancellations due to weather conditions
If the experience is weather dependent, and the weather prevents the experience from happening on the day of the tour, the guide and traveler can choose to reschedule the experience. If rescheduling is not possible, the traveler will receive a full refund.
Changes and Cancellations due to inevitable situation
If there are any unexpected issues such as natural disaster, war, serious political issues, economic issues and regional tour destination issues, we cannot guarantee you a full refund but we will try to compensate the refundable portion to the extent we are able to obtain refunds from the related parties.
